Jun 23, 2025 - Keegan Bradley’s win at the 2025 Travelers Championship had everything: drama, emotion, and a clutch finish that would make even the steeliest pros sweat.
Down by three shots with just four holes to play, Bradley looked like an afterthought behind leader Tommy Fleetwood—until momentum flipped fast. It started at the drivable par-4 15th, where Bradley drained a 35-foot birdie putt to cut into Fleetwood’s lead and fire up the crowd. Then on 18, Bradley delivered the dagger: a laser 9-iron to six feet and a perfectly rolled birdie putt to finish at 15-under.
Meanwhile, Fleetwood unraveled. Despite leading most of the day, he bogeyed three of his first four holes, missed key short putts late, and three-putted from 50 feet on 18 to lose by one. The collapse was tough to watch, especially with the title in his grasp for so long.
Russell Henley nearly stole the spotlight with a miraculous chip-in birdie from 52 feet on 18, briefly putting pressure on Bradley—but it wasn’t quite enough.
For Bradley, it marked his second win in 10 months (following the 2024 BMW Championship) and his eighth career PGA Tour title. It also reignites real Ryder Cup talk, as the current captain now sits 9th in the points—and yes, he’s said he’ll play if he earns it.
Bradley’s victory also continued a season of signature event surprises—he became the eighth different winner in eight signature tournaments. Talk about depth on Tour.
From trailing late to triumphing with style, Bradley’s win was a perfect blend of grit, guts, and pure entertainment.
